This excludes interruptions due to system maintenance, upgrades or unplanned outages. Please check with the provider before scheduling your appointment to confirm he or she is participating in First Health's network. We can't guarantee the availability of any particular provider. If you have questions about your health plan benefits, you can call the customer service number on your member ID card. Participating physicians, hospitals and other health care professionals are independent contractors and are neither agents nor employees of First Health. Provider information contained in First Health’s online directory was updated on 02/23/2018.
